Terms: upon purchase you are agreeing to our terms of sale:

• You, the customer, is responsible for, and will be required to indemnify any loss or damage which may occur to Equipment. The Customer shall pay the full amount of any loss or damage (including without limitation excessive soiling) howsoever and by whomsoever caused (including the cost of having to purchase new Equipment if necessary), unless caused by negligence by Bellorama Wiltshire Ltd.
• No confetti balloons / confetti bombs to be used inside tents
• All rubbish and any recycling must be removed by the customer
• DAMAGE: Any form of damage to the interior or exterior of the bell tent will result in a minimum charge of £100 for the cleaning of the equipment we will send a cleaning bill for any additional cleaning required to the customer / hirer. Bellorama Wiltshire Ltd is to supply photos of evidence with the cleaning bill
  If evidence of smoking inside tents is discovered by way of burns or marks Bellorama Wiltshire Ltd will charge a minimum of £50 to replace damaged equipment
